Fuscoporia oblique contains polysaccharides and is used in Russia as a traditional medicine for the treatment of cancer. We observed the effect of Fuscoporia aqueous water extract on blood glucose and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic mice, thus elucidating the mechanism of antidiabetic effects.
