梅山矿业公司选矿厂为适应产能不断提升的发展要求,对降磷系统弱磁机进行大型化改造,使用ZCS-1 500×4 500顺流型永磁筒式磁选机替代弱磁选1粗1扫原CTS-1 050×1 500小型磁选机。改造后选别考察结果表明:改型磁选机选别效果良好,能够满足生产指标要求,同时设备大型化改造也为选矿能力提升创造了条件。
Meishan Mining Company concentrator in order to meet the continuous improvement of production capacity requirements for the development, the phosphorus-based weakening machine system for large-scale transformation, the use of ZCS-1 500 × 4 500 downstream permanent magnet tube magnetic separator instead of a weak magnetic election 1 thick 1 sweep the original CTS-1 050 × 1 500 small magnetic separator. After the transformation, the results of the selection inspection show that the modified magnetic separator has a good effect of sorting and can meet the requirements of the production targets. Meanwhile, the large-scale transformation of the equipment also creates the conditions for upgrading the beneficiation capacity.
