在多年的班主任工作实践中,我体会最深刻的就是:要当好中学生的班主任一定要善于掌握教育分寸。教师既要向学生提出严格要求,但又要尊重、爱护和宽容学生。教育分寸是教师活动实现教育道德的一种形式。掌握教育分寸要求教师要关心并且准确预见到自己行为的结果——无论是对当事的学生,还是对整个班级所造成的结果。要求教师在任何场合中都能选择出教育学生的最佳办法。从这个意义上说,教育分寸既是教师工作的一种探索,又是一种创造。根据中学生求知欲强、自尊、敏感、好胜、要求自理、自立的心理特点以及分辨是非能力较弱,容易产生偏激、片面情绪的弱点,我认为班主任在下面几种场合若能恰到好处地掌握和运用教育分寸,则必然会收到事半功倍的教育效果。
In my many years of work as a teacher in charge of class, the most profound thing I experienced was that the head teacher of a middle school student must be good at mastering education. Teachers must ask students strict requirements, but they must respect, care for and tolerate students. The degree of education is a form of teacher education to realize education morality. Mastering educational measures requires teachers to care about and accurately anticipate the results of their own actions—whether it is for the students or the entire class. Teachers are required to choose the best way to educate their students on any occasion. In this sense, the degree of education is both an exploration of teachers’ work and a creation. According to the psychological characteristics of high school students’ thirst for knowledge, self-esteem, sensitivity, self-esteem, self-reliance, self-reliance, and ability to discriminate between right and wrong, it is easy to produce weak points and one-sided emotions. I think that the head teacher can master and use it properly on the following occasions. Education is bound to receive a multiplier effect of education.
