邓小平国际战略思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,也是马克思主义和毛泽东国际战略思想的继承和发展。在历史转折关头,邓小平准确地判断和预测了国际形势的转变,为把党和国家的工作重心转移到经济建设上来提供了科学依据。他提出和平与发展是当今世界两大问题,至今一个也没有解决,世界格局正朝着多极化方向发展,以经济为基础、科技为先导的综合国力竞争日趋激烈,为中国争取和平的国际环境和良好的周边环境提供了思想指南,也为我国改革开放提供了科学依据。他进一步丰富和发展了独立自主的和平外交政策,强调不以社会制度、意识形态划线,努力发展正常国家关系,提出冷静观察、稳住阵脚、沉着应付、韬光养晦、有所作为的战略思想,为我国新时期外交政策确立了指导方针。
Deng Xiaoping’s international strategic thinking is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory. It is also the inheritance and development of Marxism and Mao Zedong’s international strategic thinking. At a turning point in history, Deng Xiaoping accurately judged and predicted the change in the international situation and provided a scientific basis for shifting the focus of the work of the party and the state on economic construction. He pointed out that peace and development are two major issues in the world today and none has so far been resolved. The world pattern is moving toward multi-polarization. The competition for comprehensive national strength based on economy and science and technology is becoming increasingly fierce. China’s fight for peace Environment and good surrounding environment provide the ideological guidance, but also provide a scientific basis for China’s reform and opening up. He further enriched and developed an independent foreign policy of peace, stressing that he will not make any efforts to develop normal state relations without using social systems and ideology, put forward the strategic thinking of calmly observing, stabilizing, covertly dealing with problems, keeping a low profile, and making achievements. China’s foreign policy in the new period has established guidelines.
