目的　观察胃癌特异性转移因子对胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响。方法　用胃癌抗原免疫小鼠 ,取其脾脏经匀浆 -透析法制备胃癌特异性转移因子 ,用MTT 比色法检测胃癌和消化道其它肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞增殖反应。结果　胃癌特异性转移因子确有特异促进胃癌患者淋巴细胞增殖反应的免疫活性 (P <0 0 0 1) ,而对消化道其它肿瘤患者淋巴细胞无明显促进增殖作用。特异性转移因子促淋巴细胞增殖作用明显优于正常转移因子 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　小鼠来源的特异性转移因子在体外可特异促进胃癌患者淋巴细胞增殖 ,提高细胞免疫功能 Objective To observe the effect of gastric cancer-specific transfer factor on the proliferation of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Mice were immunized with gastric cancer antigen and their spleen was prepared by gastric homogenate - dialysis method to prepare gastric cancer - specific transfer factor. MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with gastric cancer and other tumors of the digestive tract. Results The specific metastasis factor of gastric cancer did promote the immunological activity of lymphocyte proliferation reaction in patients with gastric cancer (P <0.01), but did not promote the proliferation of lymphocytes in other patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Specific transfer factor promoting lymphocyte proliferation was significantly better than the normal transfer factor (P <0 05). Conclusion The mouse-derived specific transfer factor can promote lymphocyte proliferation and improve cellular immune function in gastric cancer patients in vitro
