目的:验证ELISA检测疫苗中卡那霉素残留量的实用性。方法:采用间接竞争ELISA方法检测卡那霉素,并对方法的回收率、线性、特异性、精密性、耐用性等进行验证。验证方法有效后对相关样品进行检测。结果:该方法的回收率达到90%,对卡那霉素的有效检测范围为0.5～40.5ng·mL-1,标准曲线相关系数r=0.9996,RSD小于10%。结论:此方法可以用于检测疫苗中卡那霉素残留量。
Objective: To verify the practicability of ELISA for the determination of kanamycin residues in vaccines. Methods: Indirect competitive ELISA was used to detect kanamycin. The recovery, linearity, specificity, precision and durability of the method were verified. After the verification method is valid, the related samples are tested. Results: The recovery rate of this method was 90%, the detection range of kanamycin was 0.5-40.5 ng · mL-1, the correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0.9996, and the RSD was less than 10%. Conclusion: This method can be used to detect kanamycin residues in vaccine.
