以丁氰橡胶改性酚醛树脂为基体 ,以经过表面处理的玻璃纤维为增强材料 ,研制出新型无石棉摩擦材料 ,其各项性能均达到汽车制动器衬片GB576 3- 86的规定 ,可作为目前常用石棉摩擦材料的更新换代产品 .通过详细研究玻璃纤维 (简称玻纤 )的质量分数、长度及表面状态对材料摩擦磨损性能的影响 ,得出玻纤的最佳质量分数为 15%~ 2 5% ,最佳长度为 4~ 8mm .研究结果还表明 ,采用热处理、等离子体处理和偶联剂处理后的玻纤 ,可以大大降低磨损量和改善材料的摩擦磨损性能 .
