为研究巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染免疫细胞能力,本文选择6株从婴儿肝炎综合征患儿尿中新分离的CMV体外感染健康人外周血各类由细胞后检测CMV早期抗原,结果显示新分离病毒体外可感染粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞表达早期抗原,其感染阳性率明显高于已适应实验室生长的CMVAD169株病毒,培养液中加入rIL2、rIL2、IFN-γ可增加分离病毒对淋巴细胞的感染,而加入丝裂原PHA、ConA无此作用。提示巨细胞病毒感染免疫细胞能力较强。
