对高80cm,截面为40cm×40cm的方形水箱的用能特性进行实验研究,分析3种进口结构在不同流量条件下水箱内部的温度分层特性,并对其用能效率进行分析和比较。实验结果表明,文中所述开孔型进口结构能有效改善用能过程的热分层效果,明显提高用能效率。在5L/min流量条件下,开孔型进口结构的有效用能效率比直接进口的高21%,而当流量为10L/min时,两者之间的差距增大至36%。
The energy characteristics of a square tank with a height of 80cm and a cross section of 40cm × 40cm were studied. The temperature stratification characteristics of the three kinds of inlet structures under different flow conditions were analyzed and their energy efficiency was analyzed and compared. The experimental results show that the open-hole structure described in the paper can effectively improve the thermal stratification effect of the energy-using process and obviously improve energy efficiency. At a flow rate of 5L / min, the effective energy efficiency of the open inlet structure is 21% higher than that of the direct inlet, while the difference between the two increases to 36% at a flow rate of 10L / min.
