当旅行者在上海或北京一条毗邻中心商业区不足200米的街上时,每隔50米就可以发现一家挂着不同牌匾的经济型连锁酒店。即使经济型酒店市场首次出现拐点,业内疯狂开店的热情依然持续高涨。在中国,人们对于经济型酒店的需求真的这么旺盛吗?这个市场是否太热了?或许,许多投资人和酒店管理者仍然希望追随如家上市投资回报近9倍的模式。但事实上,市场环境已今非昔比。在“超英赶美”式发展的同时,物业费猛涨、人才缺乏等一系列问题开始困扰着这个新兴的行业。

Even with the inflection point for the first time in the budget hotel market, the enthusiasm for the crazy shop opening in the industry continues to soar.
