在分析总结国内外已有的相关研究成果的基础上,结合隧道内具体的使用环境,开发研究了沥青阻燃改性剂及阻燃改性沥青,并提出了它们的生产工艺。通过测试沥青阻燃改性剂的用量对阻燃改性沥青的氧指数和烟雾密度的影响,研究了沥青阻燃改性剂的阻燃效果,并确定了其最佳用量;通过对比试验,分析研究了普通改性沥青与阻燃改性沥青及其混合料的综合性能。结果表明,该沥青阻燃改性剂对沥青有着良好的阻燃效果,其最佳用量为沥青的5.0%;沥青阻燃改性剂的加入,对阻燃改性沥青及其混合料的综合性能并无不良影响。
Based on the analysis of relevant research results both at home and abroad, combined with the specific use of the tunnel environment, research and development of asphalt flame retardant modifier and flame retardant modified asphalt, and put forward their production technology. Through testing the influence of asphalt flame retardant modifier on the oxygen index and smoke density of flame retardant modified asphalt, the flame retardant effect of asphalt flame retardant modifier was studied and its optimum dosage was determined.
