硅铁粉末,在冲天炉炉前、炉后一般是无法使用的,因而往往作为废料处理,造成浪费。我们针对酸性冲天炉增加炉渣量对熔炼操作影响小的特点,采用普通硅酸盐水泥作为粘结剂,与硅铁粉末按1:8比例混合,加入少量水拌匀,制成70×70×50mm的硅铁粉块,自然干燥后在炉后投入使用。普通硅酸盐水泥主要成分为CaO65%、SiO_221~24%,其余为少量的Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3、MgO、SO_2。用上述方法制成的硅铁粉块生产的铸件,经检验质量
Ferrosilicon powder, in the cupola furnace, the furnace is generally unusable, and therefore often as a waste treatment, resulting in waste. We increase the amount of slag for acidic cupola smelting operation of small features, the use of ordinary Portland cement as a binder, and ferrosilicon powder at a 1: 8 ratio, add a small amount of water and mix well to make 70 × 70 × 50mm ferrosilicon powder, after natural drying in the furnace put into use.
