目的探讨冠心病患者冠脉病变程度和血清脂联素的相关性。方法选择2007年10月-2009年10月疑诊为冠心病而入院行冠脉造影者共107例,根据冠脉造影结果按照不同病变支数及Gensini评分将分成不同病变组,采用ELISA法测定血清脂联素,分析各组血清脂联素表达差异。结果随着病变支数增加,血清脂联素水平呈现下降趋势,多支病变组、单支病变组血清脂联素水平明显低于无冠脉病变组(P<0.05),多支病变组血清脂联素水平明显低于单支病变组(P<0.05)。不同Gensini积分组之间血清脂联素水平也呈下降趋势,且三组间血清脂联素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清脂联素水平与Gensini积分之间呈负相关(r=-0.482,P<0.05)。结论脂联素参与冠心病患者冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的发生发展,其含量变化与冠状动脉病变程度有关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between coronary artery lesions and serum adiponectin in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 107 coronary angiography patients admitted to our hospital from October 2007 to October 2009 were enrolled in this study. According to coronary angiography results, different lesions and Gensini scores were divided into different groups according to coronary angiography. Serum adiponectin, the analysis of serum adiponectin expression differences. Results Serum adiponectin levels showed a decreasing trend with the increase of lesion count. The levels of serum adiponectin in multi-vessel disease group and single vessel disease group were significantly lower than those in non-coronary artery disease group (P <0.05) Adiponectin levels were significantly lower than those in the single vessel disease group (P <0.05). The levels of serum adiponectin in different Gensini scores also showed a decreasing trend, and there was a significant difference between the three groups in serum adiponectin (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between serum adiponectin level and Gensini score (r = -0.482, P <0.05). Conclusion Adiponectin participates in the development of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease. The content of adiponectin is related to the severity of coronary artery disease.
