本文介绍某处水泥混凝土路面施工采用二次振捣工艺,提高抗压强度33~41%。作者认为:二次振捣的作用在于把初凝中产生的细小裂缝和空隙充填密实,并使混凝土再次液化,将初凝形成的部份大晶体击碎为更多的细小晶核,重新形成均匀细小孔隙结构,从而提高其力学性能。
This article describes the construction of concrete pavement some time by two vibrating process to improve the compressive strength of 33 ~ 41%. The author thinks that the second vibrating effect is to fill the tiny cracks and voids in the initial flocculation and make the concrete liquefy again. Some large crystals formed by the initial flocculation are crushed into more fine crystal nuclei and reformed Uniform fine pore structure, thereby enhancing its mechanical properties.
