本文利用粗糙集理论知识,从风险管理视角,分析了资源整合全生命周期各阶段的风险,构建了资源整合风险管理的模型,并在此基础上,定量研究了资源整合全生命周期各阶段风险的权重。结果表明:规划阶段的风险是信息资源整合风险管理的关键点,在实施资源整合时,应重点控制好规划阶段的风险。
Based on the knowledge of Rough Set Theory, this paper analyzes the risk of all stages of resource integration life cycle from the perspective of risk management, builds a model of resource integration risk management, and on this basis, quantitatively studies the risks of resource integration in all stages of life cycle the weight of. The results show that: the risk of planning stage is the key point of information resource integration risk management. In the implementation of resource integration, the risk in the planning stage should be controlled well.
