备课是上好一堂课的关键.然而如何指导实习教师进行呢?下面就自己的实践谈一下有关的问题.备课大致可分为三个阶段,即准备期、实践期、修正期.先谈一下备课的准备期.指导实习教师备课前,指导教师有责任提醒实习教师.不要成天忙于查找资料.而要先深入学生.利用他们与学生年龄差异不大的优势,多与学生谈谈心,拉拉家常,天南海北,什么都可谈,要打入学生的生活圈.使学生感到你是他们的朋友而不是俨然的老师.这看起来是不务正业,与备课无直接关系.事实上,通过这样的接触,教师能了解学生的兴趣和学习的一般倾向,并且找到备课的思路.只有在充分了解学生的基础上,才谈得上备好课,上好课.也有助于消除教师自身在上课时的紧张心理.
