目的探讨乙肝患者不同时期的肝脏三维超声图像表现。方法本文对52例实验室检查乙肝三系为大三阳者,空腹状态下进行二维超声、三维超声成像,描述了不同演变时期肝脏实质病变的三维图像特征。结果三维超声成像显示肝脏实质病变的增粗颗粒、增生结节、肿块具有立体感强、形态直观;对肝癌肿块二维图像肿块边界尚清,有声晕,三维图像肿块边界不规则,凹凸不平。对肝硬化腹水患者,肝脏包膜被液性暗区环绕时,三维成像硬化肝表面高低不平。结论三维超声成像从多切面、多角度获得更多的信息,在一定程度上弥补了二维超声的不足,为疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断提供了可靠的形态学依据。
Objective To investigate the liver three-dimensional ultrasonography in patients with hepatitis B at different stages. Methods In this study, 52 cases of hepatitis B three lines were identified as Sanyangang by laboratory tests. Two-dimensional ultrasonography and three-dimensional ultrasonography were performed under fasting condition. The three-dimensional image features of liver lesion at different stages of evolution were described. Results Three-dimensional ultrasonography showed thickening of the liver parenchymal lesions, nodules, nodules, stereopsis strong stereoscopic, morphological; liver tumor two-dimensional image of the tumor boundary is clear, a sound halo, three-dimensional image of the tumor irregular boundaries, uneven. For patients with cirrhosis and ascites, the liver capsule is surrounded by liquid dark areas, three-dimensional imaging sclerosis liver surface rugged. Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can obtain more information from multi-slice and multi-angles, which can make up for the deficiency of two-dimensional ultrasound to a certain extent, and provide a reliable morphological basis for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease.
