目的:目的:探讨肺癌患者三项血清骨代谢指标含量变化与其骨转移的关系及其临床评价。方法:血清OPG、BSP和TRACP-5b测定均采用酶联免疫法。结果:测定结果表明,三项血清骨代谢指标含量骨转移组显著高于非骨转移组和正常对照组(P均<0.01),而非骨转移组与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。骨转移累及数目≥3处组三项血清骨代谢指标含量显著高于≤2处组和非骨转移组(P均<0.05,P均<0.01),而≤2处组与非骨转移组差异也具显著性(P均<0.05)。18例肺癌患者骨转移累及灶数统计结果,≤2处转移灶数为22个,≥3处转移灶数为120个,总体转移灶数为142个。血清骨代谢指标含量与转移灶数目的相关性分析显示,≤2处累及数目与OPG、BSP、TRACP-5b相关关系呈显著正相关(r=0.569、0.559、0.657,P均<0.05);≥3处转移灶数与OPG、TRACP-5b正相关关系更为显著(r=0.809、0.965,P均<0.01),但与BSP的关系与(1~2)处转移组相仿(r=0.617,P<0.05)。结论:三项血清骨代谢指标含量变化与其骨转移的关系密切,其测定对于肺癌骨转移的诊断和监测有一定的帮助。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of three serum markers of bone metabolism and bone metastasis in patients with lung cancer and its clinical evaluation. Methods: Serum OPG, BSP and TRACP-5b were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The results showed that the contents of three serum markers of bone metabolism in bone metastasis group were significantly higher than those in non-bone metastasis group and normal control group (all P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between non-bone metastasis group and normal control group All> 0.05). The contents of three serum markers of bone metastasis involving ≥3 in group with bone metastasis were significantly higher than those in ≤2 group and non-bone metastasis group (all P <0.05, P <0.01) Also significant (P <0.05). The results of bone metastasis in 18 cases of lung cancer showed that there were 22 metastases in ≤2, 120 in ≥3 and 142 in total. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the number of involvement of ≤2 and the correlation between OPG, BSP and TRACP-5b (r = 0.569,0.559,0.657, P <0.05), and ≥ There was a significant positive correlation between the number of metastasis sites and OPG and TRACP-5b (r = 0.809,0.965, P <0.01), but the relationship with BSP was similar to that of metastasis group (r = 0.617, P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The changes of the content of three serum markers of bone metabolism are closely related to the bone metastasis. The determination of them is helpful for the diagnosis and monitoring of bone metastasis of lung cancer.
