苏联地质部部长叶·阿·科兹洛夫斯基的新著《在改革的道路上》1988年底已由莫斯科矿藏出版社出版。该书系统地介绍了苏联地质部门近年来在新经营机制下各地质单位实行全面济济核算、自负盈亏和资金自筹的改革进程,管理体制的总体改革,以及科技进步管理、劳动工资、对外经济活动和干部管理的改革。全书已译成中文将在年内出版。应译者要求,作者特为中国读者撰写了前言,现全文刊载如下。
The new book by Yea Kozlowski, Soviet geology minister, “on the road to reform” was published by Moscow Mineral Publishing House at the end of 1988.
