稀土冶炼分离行业必须把稀土价格控制在合理范围并保持稳定才是上策,要以我国稀土产业发展的整体大局为重,切忌由于人为因素或投机炒作引起市场动荡。保持稀土分离产品价格合理和稳定,不但是维持我国钕铁硼材料等稀土功能材料产业健康发展的需要,也是保护我国整个稀土产业可持续发展的需要。稀土分离产业和钕铁硼材料产业必须建立相互依存,共同繁荣发展的关系。
Rare earth smelting separation industry must control the price of rare earth within a reasonable range and maintain stability is the best policy to the development of China’s rare earth industry as a whole, should not be due to human factors or speculation caused by market turmoil. Maintaining a reasonable and stable price of rare earth separation products is not only the need to maintain the healthy development of rare earth functional materials industries such as NdFeB materials in China, but also to ensure the sustainable development of the entire rare earth industry in China. Rare earth separation industry and NdFeB materials industry must establish interdependence and common prosperity and development of the relationship.
