创水坝二级电站为芙蓉江一级支流梅江河左岸主要支流的梯级电站。装机1890kW,设计净水头387.82m,年发电量781万kW·h,设计年利用小时4132h,工程总投资671.77万元;该电站毛水头412.97m,最大水锤压力650.57m,最大管壁厚度δ=22mm,属高水头电站,采用压力钢管结构。压力管道长1180m,布置在悬岩与缓坡交替地段,地形复杂,管线较长,经过茅口组地层,基岩层面倾山体内,边坡稳定。因此压力管道既是整个工程的设计难点,也是投资控制的重点。通过对本工程压力管道管线、管径及管壁厚度的优化选择、降低水锤压力等优化设计,实现了节约投资、缩短工期的目标。
The second dam of the dam is a cascade power plant which is the main tributary of the left bank of Meijiang River, a tributary of Furong River. Installed 1890kW, designed water head 387.82m, annual generating capacity of 7.81 million kW · h, designed annual utilization hours 4132h, the project total investment 6717700 yuan; the power station head 412.97m, the maximum water hammer pressure 650.57m, the maximum wall thickness δ = 22mm, is a high head power station, the use of pressure pipe structure. Pressure pipe length 1180m, arranged in alternating sections of hanging rock and gentle slope, complex terrain, long pipeline, after the Maokou formation, bedrock slope body, slope stability. Therefore, the pressure pipe is not only the design of the entire project difficulties, but also the focus of investment control. By optimizing the selection of pipeline, pipe diameter and pipe wall thickness, reducing the optimal design of water hammer pressure, this project has realized the goal of saving investment and shortening the construction period.
