Objective To study the relationship between gas-pollen and infant allergic asthma and the effect of desensitization therapy. Methods According to the national unified method --- gravimetric method, the varieties and quantity of pollen were observed; allergen skin test was performed on the hospitalized children with asthma; and the desensitization therapy was performed on the skin test positive cases. The results of a year of exposure survey, a total of 14519 pollen observed; Spring and autumn pollen peak; a total of 38 species of species, 22 species are common pollen; of which 18 types of 5 kinds of pollen (including Artemisia, Grass, sycamore, spring pollen group Ⅰ gymnosperms 7 and spring pollen group Ⅱ angiosperms 8 pollen) were the main allergenic pollen; 45 cases of infant asthma in 31 cases (68.9%), 100 cases of children with asthma in 64 cases (64%), the total positive rate was 655%. Among them, 158%, 63%, 137%, 24% of children with 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 kinds of pollen allergy respectively 2% and 40 0%. The allergy to wormwood, ragweed, spring pollen group Ⅰ, Sycamore, pollen group Ⅱ were 589%, 484%, 484%, 442% and 337% respectively. The prevalence of skin test positive in 95 children was 16.8% in January-March, 20.0% in April-June, 28.4% in July-September and 35% in December-December 0%; children accounted for 63 2% of males, females 36 8%, the ratio of men and women 1:0 58; aged 1 to 3 years accounted for 32 6%, 6 years accounted for 35 8%, ~ 9 years old accounted for 21%, ~ 12 years accounted for 10 5%. 95 cases by desensitization?
