我单位自1974年以来,对油缸加工进行了摸索,曾采用过推磨—滚压加工工艺(镗头见图1,滚压头见图2)和拉镗滚压加工工艺(镗滚头见图3)。这两种工艺目前在我国应用较普遍。为满足我单位年产万根单体液压支柱的要求,适应高生产率的生产需要,我们改用了高速复合镗滚新工艺,使其工效提高10倍以上,且质量稳定,它是加工油缸的一种高生产率的先进工艺。
