新企業设計与改建企業設計的基本要求是最大限度地提高生产的技术和組織水平,从而提高这些企業的技术经济指标,使其高于現有的工厂和过去編制的設計。新技术的采用,只有在工厂具备了最合适的生产綱領、实行了專業化和广泛的厂际协作以及生产机械化和自动化的条件下,才能發揮最大的經济效果。汽車与拖拉机工業部国立机械制造厂設計院先后編制了年产載重汽車25000、40000、75000、120000以及300000輛的汽車厂設計,对这些設計的技术經济指标进行了分析以后,确定出最适合的生产綱領。 結果証明,最适宜的生产綱領是:載重量5～10吨的汽車,年产量不应少于30000～50000輛;載重量2～
The basic requirement for designing and remodeling new enterprise designs is to maximize the technological and organizational level of production, thereby improving the technical and economic indicators of these enterprises to be higher than that of existing plants and past designs. The adoption of new technologies can only achieve maximum economic results if the factory has the most appropriate production program, specialization and extensive inter-factor collaboration, as well as production mechanization and automation. The Design Institute of the National Machinery Plant of the Ministry of Automobiles and Tractors Industry has successively compiled automobile plant designs for 25,000, 40000, 75,000, 120,000 and 300,000 trucks per year.
