我院收治小儿病毒性肝炎111例,并作了肝炎病原学分型检查。患儿入院时检测血清谷丙酶、胆红质、IgM 抗 HAV、HBsAg、抗 HBs、抗 HBc,部分病人测了 IgM 抗 HBc,每例病人均有二次以上血清置-20℃冰箱待用材料和方法
