目的了解北京市昌平区塑料一次性餐饮具蒸发残渣含量的数据,掌握该辖区内该类产品销售和使用的卫生质量状况。方法 2011年3—5月,调查辖区内部分销售和餐饮单位,并对其销售和使用的塑料一次性餐饮具抽检,共50件样品进行了蒸发残渣含量检测,检测结果按照国家相关标准评价。结果检测样品50件,合格37件,合格率74.00%。其中,一次性快餐盒、餐碗的合格率分别为47.83%和88.89%;集贸市场、餐饮单位和超市样品的合格率分别为81.48%、38.46%和100.00%。结论北京市昌平区部分市售和餐饮单位使用的塑料一次性餐饮具存在蒸发残渣超标现象,卫生质量状况不佳,需进一步加强监管。
Objective To understand the data of the disposable residue of plastic disposable tableware in Changping District of Beijing and to know the status of the sanitary quality of the products sold and used in this area. Methods From March to May of 2011, some sales and catering units in the area under investigation were investigated, and plastic disposable tablewares sold and used in the area were sampled. A total of 50 samples were tested for the residue content of evaporation, and the test results were evaluated in accordance with relevant national standards. Results 50 samples tested, 37 qualified, with a pass rate of 74.00%. Among them, one-time snack boxes, bowls of pass rates were 47.83% and 88.89% respectively; bazaars, catering units and supermarkets, the passing rate of samples were 81.48%, 38.46% and 100.00% respectively. Conclusion Some of the plastic disposable tableware used in some commercial and catering establishments in Changping District of Beijing City have the phenomenon of excessive evaporation residue and the poor hygienic quality, which needs to be further strengthened.
