初步探讨了ZnCl2 对月季切花瓶插保鲜作用及其生理生化基础 结果表明 :与对照 (去离子水 )和基本液 (2 0g/L蔗糖 +50 0mg/L柠檬酸 +2 50mg/L 8-羟基喹啉 +2 5mg/L硝酸银 )相比 ,经ZnCl2 改良液处理的月季切花花枝硬挺 ,弯头减少 ,蓝变减轻并延迟 ,平均瓶插寿命延长 10 %~6 0 % ,尤以 10mg/L的ZnCl2 改良液效果最好 ZnCl2 改良液处理增加花枝鲜重 ,明显降低月季切花衰老过程中花瓣花青素含量下降的幅度 ,并显著延缓花瓣和叶片膜相对透性的增加
