目的探讨CO2潴留引起的意识障碍早期误诊分析。方法回顾性分析新疆奎屯医院ICU 2008-04-2010-04收治的CO2潴留引起的意识障碍患者10例,早期均有不同程度误诊。结果 10例中6例好转,3例死亡,1例自动出院。结论提高CO2潴留引起严重意识障碍的认识,注意早期诊断、治疗,避免误诊。
Objective To investigate the early misdiagnosis of disturbance of consciousness caused by CO2 retention. Methods Retrospective analysis of 10 patients with disturbance of consciousness caused by CO2 retention in Xinjiang Kuitun Hospital ICU 2008-04-2010-04, misdiagnosis in varying degrees in early stage. Results 6 of 10 cases improved, 3 died and 1 case was discharged automatically. Conclusions To raise awareness of serious unconsciousness caused by CO2 retention, pay attention to early diagnosis and treatment and avoid misdiagnosis.
