时下,许多企业都热衷于企业文化的建设,这是一件很好的事情。企业要保持稳定和持续地发展,企业文化的建设同企业发展战略、企业管理具有同等重要的作用。笔者不敢对企业文化下确切的定义。但是,笔者认为它至少具有以下几方面的属性; (一) 企业文化是企业为达到经营成功的目的而产生的。并在企业的经营过程中共同遵循的,反映企业意志的价值理念; (二) 它是企业经营管理的深层次的反应; (三) 它是溶汇民族与时代特色的企业特色文化; (四) 是承前启后、继往开来,不是凭空而出的;
Nowadays, many companies are keen on the construction of corporate culture. This is a very good thing. In order to maintain a stable and continuous development of the enterprise, the construction of corporate culture plays an equally important role in the development strategy and enterprise management of the company. The author does not dare to define the exact culture of the company. However, the author believes that it has at least the following attributes: (1) Corporate culture is the result of an enterprise’s success in achieving business success. In the course of the company’s business operations, the values that reflect the will of the company are shared; (2) It is the deep-seated response of the company’s business management; (3) It is a corporate culture characterized by the dissolution of the nation and the era; (4) ) It is the past and future of the past; it is not out of thin air;
