苏联尼科波利南方钢管厂中央自动化实验室研制成功测量长度和根数的计数器.从而解决了按实际重量交货不能准确地反映焊管实际米数的问题。按重量计算管长致使向用户多交2～8%的管材,特别是小规格的焊管多交的米数更多。
The counter of the length and root number was successfully developed by the Central Laboratory of Nico Polly Southern Steel Pipe Plant of Soviet Union so as to solve the problem that the delivery according to the actual weight can not accurately reflect the actual number of meters of welded pipe. Calculated by the weight of pipe length to make more users to pay 2 ~ 8% of the pipe, especially the small size of the pipe to pay more than the number of more.
