以5个籼稻杂交组合F1的花药为材料,探讨诱导培养基和分化培养基中不同植物激素配比等因素对花药培养效果的影响。结果表明,诱导培养基中,激素浓度处理对籼稻花药的愈伤诱导率的影响有显著差异,最佳的诱导培养基激素组合为:2,4-D2.0+KT1.0+NAA3.0;愈伤诱导率达21.21%;分化培养基中,激素6-BA浓度为0.5 mg·L-1、KT浓度为2.0 mg·L-1时,籼稻花药的愈伤平均绿苗分化率达到最大,为28.80%;不同的材料其愈伤诱导率和绿苗分化率存在显著差异。
Five anther combinations of indica rice F1 were used as materials to investigate the effects of different plant hormones in inducing medium and differentiation medium on anther culture.
