目前我国物流人才十分匮乏,但是我国高职院校物流人才的培养存在着很多问题,主要表现为物流人才培养教学实践创新不足、办学条件滞后、办学理念落后、实践教学不能满足人才需要等。这需要加强专业建设、强化师资队伍建设、注重校企合作共建实习实训基地、构建完善的综合实训体系等来创新人才培养方式。
