一、采收季节在昆明地区,直干桉种子一般分两批成熟,必须进行两次采收。第一次为12月中旬至翌年2月上旬,第二次3月中旬至4月中旬。蓝桉一年四季均能采到成熟的果实,尤以3～4月份成熟的最多,质量好,出种率也高。每100公斤鲜果可出纯净种子1.5—2公斤,其他季节成熟的果实,出种率一般只有0.7—0.9％。二、采种方法为了不伤或少伤害母树,目前一般都应上树用手采摘或用枝剪、高枝剪截取小段果枝进行采摘,切忌将幼果枝剪下。三、晾晒筛选选择平滑的水泥或砂灰晒场打扫干净。将采收来的蒴果摊晒在场上,厚度一般5—8厘米。桉树种子在翻晒过程中能自行脱
