根据国务院国发(1986)77号文发布的《国营企业实行劳动合同制暂行规定》、《国营企业招用工人暂行规定》、《国营企业辞退违纪职工暂行规定》和《国营企业待业保险暂行规定》精神,财政部于一九八六年十月二十日以(86)财工字第490号文对国营企业实行劳动合同制若干财务问题作了规定。全文如下:1.劳动合同制工人患病或非因公负伤,按其在本单位工作时间的长短,给予三个月至一年的医疗期。在本单位工作二十年以上的,医疗期可以适当延长。在医疗期内,其医疗待遇和病假工资与所在企业原固定
According to the Interim Provisions on the Implementation of Labor Contract by State-owned Enterprises promulgated by Guo Fa (1986) No. 77 of the State Council, the Interim Provisions on Recruiting Workers in State-owned Enterprises, the Interim Provisions on Workers and Staff with Violation of State-owned Enterprises and the Provisional Regulations on State-owned Enterprises’ Spirit of the Ministry of Finance on October 20, 1986 to (86) Fortune word No. 490 of state-owned enterprises to implement the labor contract system for a number of financial issues. The full text is as follows: 1. Labor contract workers sick or not due to public injury, according to their length of work in this unit, given three months to one year medical period.
