投影仪工作台的纵横向导轨是该仪器机械结构关键零件之一。它的精度高低直接影响测量零件的准确度。经过长时间研制生产,导轨的精度和光洁度已经满足图纸技术要求,现介绍如下。一、工艺过程导轨材料为低碳合金刚20CrMn,选择较直的棒料,直轻20mm,长度165mm。按常规工艺过程:落料——热处理(正火球化——刨四方面——粗磨削四方面——刨V形槽——热处理(渗碳)——铣两端面——钻攻两端螺孔——热处理(淬火回火)——
