以可溶性淀粉为原料,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用反相悬浮聚合制得交联淀粉微球(CSMs),利用SEM、红外光谱仪对其结构进行表征。同时研究了CSMs对Cu2+、Cr3+、Cd2+、Pb2+等重金属离子的吸附行为。实验结果表明:以物质的量计算,CSMs对重金属离子的吸附能力和配位能力由强至弱依次为Cu2+>Pb2+>Cr3+>Cd2+;配位作用不仅发生在CSMs的非晶区,同时也可渗透进入晶区,使其结构破坏,破坏程度由强至弱为Cu2+>Pb2+>Cr3+>Cd2+。
Crosslinked starch microspheres (CSMs) were prepared from soluble starch as raw material and N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide as cross-linking agent. Their structures were characterized by SEM and IR. The adsorption behaviors of CSMs on heavy metal ions such as Cu2 +, Cr3 +, Cd2 + and Pb2 + were also studied. The experimental results show that the adsorption capacity and coordination ability of CSMs for heavy metal ions from heavy to weak are Cu2 +> Pb2 +> Cr3 +> Cd2 + in order of material amount. Coordination can not only occur in the amorphous region of CSMs, Permeability into the crystalline region, the structural damage, damage from strong to weak Cu2 +> Pb2 +> Cr3 +> Cd2 +.
