1990年秋,我们在四川绵阳市心血管疾病监测区,对25~64岁的不同性别、年龄、职业的778人,按 WHO—MONICA 方案要求,采用三天记录法进行了膳食调查研究。结果说明,绵阳市城乡各组人群的总热量,以及蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物占总热量的百分比均达到了我国现规定标准。由于不同性别、年龄、职业和城乡差异因素等,在总热量的需求和三大营养要素所占总热量的百分比上显示了明显的差异。为此,今后必须做好宣传工作,合理搭配膳食,保持我国良好的传统膳食习惯,进一步监测和研究膳食情况和心血管疾病的发展,无疑是十分重要的。
In the autumn of 1990, we conducted a dietary survey using the three-day recording method in accordance with the WHO-MONICA program for 778 people of different ages, ages and occupations aged 25-64 in the cardiovascular disease surveillance area in Mianyang, Sichuan. The results show that the total calories of all groups in urban and rural areas of Mianyang, as well as the percentage of the total calories of protein, fat and carbohydrates, have reached the prescribed standards in our country. Due to different gender, age, occupation and urban-rural differences, there is a clear difference between the total calorie requirement and the percentage of total calories consumed by the three major nutrients. To this end, it is undoubtedly important that publicity work be properly conducted in the future, that food should be rationally matched and that good traditional dietary habits in our country be maintained. To further monitor and study the development of dietary conditions and cardiovascular diseases, it is undoubtedly of great importance.
