随着我国新农村建设的逐步推进,村容村貌整洁成为了乡村建设的一项重要内容。玉米秸秆无法有效利用,直接影响这一目标的实现,在云南省楚雄市同样存在这样的问题。由于玉米秸秆处理技术未能及时普及,设备落后,农民群众的观念落后等原因,直接导致玉米秸秆的综合利用效果较差。因此,探索符合楚雄市玉米秸秆的综合利用策略势在必行。
