传统的导辊结构长期处于板坯温度差的交替变化场所,其轴承座、轴承及辊套极易出现无定向游动,从而加大了轴承与辊套的摩擦频率和轴承卡死破裂几率;针对这一现象提出了1种新的改进结构,并结合工作状态下的负荷情况验证了该方案的可行性,一定程度上缓解了轴承碎裂现象的发生。
The traditional guide roller structure is in an alternate place of slab temperature difference for a long time, and its bearing seat, bearing and roller sleeve are prone to non-directional swimming, which increases the friction frequency of bearing and roller sleeve and the possibility of bearing rupture. In view of this phenomenon, a new improved structure is proposed, and the feasibility of this scheme is verified with the load condition under working condition, to a certain extent, the occurrence of bearing fragmentation is alleviated.
