上海证券交易所、深圳证券交易所:你们报送的《关于本所与“东亚暨大洋洲证券交易所联合会”交往情况的说明》(办公室[1999]6号)、《关于申请加入东亚暨大洋洲证券交易所联会的请示》(深证发[1999]5号)收悉。经研究,现批复如下:一、为促进我国交易所与东亚及大洋洲地区主要证券交易所的合作与交流,原则上同意你们两所申请加入东亚暨大洋洲证券交易所联会。二、在加入该联会后,你们两所应注意多做工作,坚决维护祖国的统一,防止出现“一中一台”或“两个中国”问题,并对可能发生的突发事件做好预案,遇重大、敏感事 Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange: The “Statement on the Exchanges between the Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of East Asia and Oceania” (Office [1999] No. 6) and the “Statement on Applying for Joining East Asia And Exchanges of Australasian Stock Exchange’s Request ”(Shenzhen Securities [1999] No. 5) was received.
