太赫兹是电磁波中最后被研究的波段,在未来隐身和反隐身研究领域占据重要地位。通过溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO_2、Fe-TiO_2和Ba TiO_3纳米颗粒,掺杂入短切碳纤维/环氧树脂制备复合材料,研究了复合材料的吸波性能。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和太赫兹时域光谱(THz-TDS)技术,建立数学模型。结果表明,混合的纳米颗粒在1.12THz处,吸波性能达到最大,吸收系数为78.1。
Terahertz is the last band to be studied in electromagnetic waves and plays an important role in the field of stealth and anti-stealth research in the future. TiO 2, Fe-TiO 2 and Ba TiO 3 nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method and doped into chopped carbon fiber / epoxy resin to prepare composite materials. The microwave absorbing properties of the composites were investigated. The mathematical model was established by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS). The results show that the mixed nano-particles at 1.12THz Department, the largest wave absorption performance, absorption coefficient of 78.1.
