目的对某焦化厂焦炉工程项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价,提出补充措施,使工作场所职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)达到国家职业卫生标准要求,以控制和降低职业病危害因素对劳动者健康的损害,控制和杜绝职业病发生。方法通过收集相关资料、现场职业卫生学调查和职业卫生检测,采用检查表法、检测检验法等方法进行定性和定量分析评价。结果该扩建项目主要职业病危害因素是焦炭尘、一氧化碳、苯并芘、苯溶物、噪声等;检测结果示焦侧苯并芘的最高接触浓度、炉盖工、出炉工苯溶物的时间加权平均浓度及输焦振筛的噪声强度超标,其余检测点检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目在建设阶段基本上执行了国家的有关规定,针对各种职业病危害因素采取了相应的措施,在一定程度上降低了工作场所职业病危害因素的浓度(强度),但仍要进一步加强完善职业病防护措施,尤其是对苯并芘及苯溶物的防护,以切实保障职工的职业健康。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on a coke oven project in a coking plant and propose supplementary measures to make the concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards in the workplace meet the requirements of the national occupational health standards in order to control and reduce the impact of occupational hazards on the health of workers Damage, control and eliminate occupational diseases. Methods By collecting relevant information, on-site occupational hygiene investigation and occupational health testing, qualitative and quantitative analysis and appraisal were conducted by the methods of check list and test. Results The main occupational hazards of the expansion project were coke dust, carbon monoxide, benzopyrene, benzene solubles, noise, etc. The test results showed that the highest contact concentration of benzopyrene on the coke side, time-weighted The average concentration and the noise intensity of the output scorch sieve exceeds the standard, and the test results of the other test points are in line with the national occupational health standards. Conclusion The project has basically implemented the relevant state regulations during the construction phase. Various measures have been taken to deal with various occupational hazards and to a certain extent, the concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards in the workplace has been reduced. However, the project should be further strengthened and perfected Occupational disease prevention measures, especially for the protection of benzopyrene and benzene solute, in order to effectively protect the occupational health of workers.
