身为经营彩电的经销商,对彩电行业是“战争行业”的说法是深有体会,为了使我们公司在竞争中不被淘汰,我认为不能光靠厂家支持,必须要壮大自己。人是企业最重要的资源,我觉得很有必要从员工的思想着手,给他们进行培训。 在培训中,我首先向公司的所有员工通报了公司近两年的发展计划。我想:一个人在黑暗中行走,如果前面有一个灯塔,再远他也会走下去,如果前面什么也看不见,他可能连前进几百米都会觉得害怕。我要让我的员工看到企业的希望所在,同时也看到了个人发展的前景,树立员工们对公司的信心。员工们原来看到这个行业的竞争如此激烈和业绩不断下滑,工作提不起精神,甚至有些员工要转行。我利用培训告诉他们,竞争是必然的,怎样在竞争中打赢
