目的:观察睡必妥(Shuibituo)吸入对小鼠中枢神经系统的作用及其吸入毒性和刺激性。方法:静式染毒柜小鼠吸入接触给药。YSD-4G药理、生理实验多用仪测定实验小鼠自主活动,检测睡必妥与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用及对脑内5HT(5羟色胺),5HIAA(5羟吲哚乙酸)的影响。结果:睡必妥吸入能减少小鼠自主活动,与戊巴比妥钠具协同催眠作用,小鼠脑内5HT含量降低,5HIAA含量有增高趋势。睡必妥小鼠LC50(2h)大于70000mg·m-3,大鼠吸入接触睡必妥59000mg·m-34h,连续3d,对呼吸道粘膜组织无刺激性。结论:睡必妥具一定中枢抑制作用。其机制与苯二氮类安定药不同,可能与中枢神经递质5HT作用有关。睡必妥吸入毒性低,无刺激性
Objective: To observe the effects of inhalation of Shuibituo on the central nervous system of mice and its inhalation toxicity and irritation. Methods: mice were exposed to inhalation exposure. Results: Sleepless inhalation can reduce spontaneous activity in mice, and pentobarbital sodium with synergistic hypnotic effect in mice brain 5 HT content decreased, 5 HIAA content increased. The natriuretic mouse LC50 (2h) greater than 70000mg · m-3, inhalation of sleep in rats must sleep 59000mg · m-34h, continuous 3d, non-irritating to the respiratory mucosa. Conclusion: Sleeping must have a central inhibitory effect. Its mechanism and benzodiazepine diazepam different, may be related to the role of central neurotransmitter 5 HT. Sleep essential inhalation toxicity is low, non-irritating
