本研究设计了配合工厂化操作的培养基杀菌和人工气候调控方法,通过菌种稳定性试验、原料配伍试验、发酵预处理试验和栽培模式试验,创新获得草菇工厂化栽培的关键技术,与常规的简易菇房栽培相比,可实现自动机械化操作,周年稳定产菇,避免使用农药,人工强度大减,缩短生产周期,而平均生物学效率持平,为建立现代的草菇工厂化栽培工艺创造了可靠的技术条件。
