目的分析和评定水中硝酸盐含量的不确定度分量。方法依据测量不确定度评定与表示(JJF1059-1999),建立不确定度的数学模型,得出紫外分光光度法测定水中硝酸盐的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果水中硝酸盐的紫外分光光度法测定中,当水中硝酸盐含量在0.20~8.0mg/L范围内,合成不确定度是0.044mg/L,扩展不确定度为0.09mg/L。结论测量不确定度的分析,能有效掌握测定结果的可信程度和准确性,保证检测结果的质量。
Objective To analyze and assess the uncertainty of nitrate content in water. Methods Based on the evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty (JJF1059-1999), a mathematical model of uncertainty was established. The uncertainty of synthesis and the uncertainty of determination of nitrate in water were obtained by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results In the determination of nitrate in water by UV spectrophotometry, when the nitrate content in water was in the range of 0.20-8.0 mg / L, the synthetic uncertainty was 0.044 mg / L and the extended uncertainty was 0.09 mg / L. Conclusion The analysis of measurement uncertainty can effectively grasp the credibility and accuracy of measurement results and ensure the quality of test results.
