以AC-16改性沥青混合料为基础,在级配、油石比、粉油比变化的条件下,分别对混合料进行车辙试验。试验结果表明,对于沥青混合料的高温稳定性,4.75 mm通过率、油石比、粉油比均存在一最佳值。在油石比因素分析中引入GTM参数与动稳定度和车辙变形速率建立关系,确认GTM方法是一种抗车辙的设计方法。通过对加入水泥、消石灰等外掺剂后的沥青胶泥性质研究,认为加入消石灰替代部分矿粉可明显改善混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性。进一步的车辙成因分析表明,沥青混合料的设计和施工对沥青混凝土路面的抗车辙性能均较重要。研究结论对道路工作人员进行沥青混合料配合比设计和施工控制有一定参考价值。
On the basis of AC-16 modified asphalt mixture, the rutting test was carried out on the mixture under the conditions of gradation, ratio of oil to rock and powder to oil ratio. The experimental results show that for the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture, the pass rate of 4.75 mm, the ratio of oil to rock and the ratio of oil to oil both have an optimum value. The GTM parameter was introduced into the analysis of the ratio of oil to rock to establish the relationship between dynamic stability and rutting deformation rate. It was confirmed that the GTM method is an anti-rut design method. Through the study on the properties of asphalt mastics after adding admixture such as cement and slaked lime, it is considered that adding some slaked lime instead of some slag can obviously improve the high temperature stability and water stability of the mixture. Further analysis of rutting causes shows that the design and construction of asphalt mixture is more important to the anti-rut performance of asphalt concrete pavement. The conclusion of the study is of certain reference value to asphalt mixes design and construction control of road workers.
