目的利用近红外光谱法测定姜黄素-葡甲胺共晶的含量。方法纯化共晶后,建立紫外分光光度法含量测定的标准曲线,初步估算共晶含量;再进行近红外光谱扫描,用偏最小二乘法建立含量测定模型,并对建立的模型进行验证。结果建立的姜黄素-葡甲胺共晶校正模型的相关系数(R)、校正均方差(RMSEC)分别为0.999 86,0.466。结论建立了一种简便、快速、无损的共晶含量测定方法。
Objective To determine the content of curcumin - meglumine hydrochloride by near infrared spectroscopy. Methods After the eutectic was purified, the standard curve of UV spectrophotometry was established, and the eutectic content was estimated. The near-infrared spectra were scanned and the content was determined by partial least squares method. The established model was validated. Results The correlation coefficient (R) and RMSEC of curcumin-meglumine emodin calibration model were 0.999 86 and 0.4666. Conclusion A simple, rapid and non-destructive eutectic method was established.
