1.提高全员素质不断提高班组长的安全管理水平和工人的安全技术素质,是创建安全合格班组的基础。我公司在创建安全合格班组活动中,始终把培养合格的班组长放在首要位置,并由车间主任亲自动手编写教材和授课,例如轧钢厂初轧车间主任编写的“初轧安全生产”教材,针对性强,通俗易懂。车间组织培训,易于管理,便于安排,解决了过去公司、厂(矿)统揽培训,教材笼统不适用,效果不好,班组不愿抽人,怕影响生产等问题。 2.开展安全活动,提高全员的安全意
