[目的]明确某农化有限公司生产的25%吡蚜酮·噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂对水稻稻飞虱的防治效果及最佳使用剂量。[方法]以25%噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂375 g/hm2和25%吡蚜酮可湿性粉剂270 g/hm2剂量处理为对照药剂,通过大田试验研究了25%吡蚜酮·噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂3个剂量(240、300、360 g/hm2)处理对水稻稻飞虱的防治效果。[结果]25%吡蚜酮·噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂对水稻稻飞虱有较好的防治效果。药后2 d,25%吡蚜酮·噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂3个剂量处理的防效在61.52%~67.04%,速效性较差;药后7 d,3个剂量处理的防效均大幅度增加,持效性较好,其中300、360 g/hm2处理的防效分别为85.43%和86.72%,均与对照药剂间差异不显著。[结论]用25%吡蚜酮·噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂防治稻飞虱时,建议在低龄若虫高峰期按照用药量(有效成分)75 g/hm2对水均匀喷雾防治1次即可,且施药时田间要有一定水层并维持7 d以上。
